How long does it take to make my item?
Most items ship within 3-5 business days of your order. Production times may be longer during busy times. This does not include shipping time. If you need your item quickly please contact me so I can rush your item if possible.
Where does my item ship from? How long is the shipping time?
All items come from San Diego. US shipments usually require 2 – 5 days shipping time. International orders take considerably longer. Sometimes up to a month. You will receive an email with the tracking number once I print your shipping label. Please understand international mail may not be trackable once it leaves the US.
What countries do you ship to?
I ship worldwide.
I love my new bracelet! How can I leave a review?
Go to your item's page and scroll to the bottom. On the right hand side, under the description you will see "write a review". Click on that. And thank you!
What if I don’t like my item?
Customer service is my number one priority. I want you to be happy. If you are not satisfied please contact me immediately so that I can make it right for you. You can find more information on refunds and exchanges on my Terms and Conditions page.
How do I clean my jewelry?
Sterling silver looks best when worn frequently. If yours tarnishes you can use any sterling silver cleaner available at most stores. Gold will require little cleaning, usually just a soft cloth to polish when needed.
Are your items stamped with metal purity?
Yes, all items are stamped with our logo and a purity number in an inconspicuous location.
Is your metal solid or plated?
Definitely solid. No plating here.
Where do you get your gold?
Solid gold cuffs are made responsibly with certified Harmony recycled gold and come with a certificate.
Where do you get your silver?
We buy our silver from a reputable supplier here in the US.
Will my item arrive ready for gift giving?
Yes, all items are packaged nicely for gift giving. We use a variety of boxes and satin pouches that look great.
