This pendant is beautiful in shiny Sterling Silver. Two of the three stacked discs bear the names of your children and the smallest is stamped with hearts. It includes genuine swarovski crystal birthstones and a sterling silver bail to keep the discs from flipping over.

• Comes on your choice of a thick sterling silver wheat chain (shown) or a thinner cable chain. Both in 18" lengths.
• Largest disc is 1 1/4" in diameter.
• Can fit up to 5 names if I omit the hearts on the smallest disc.
